About jill77
The Philippines' Most Trusted PAGCOR-Licensed Online Casino Since 2019
jill77 is more than just an online casino - we're a Filipino-first gaming platform built on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to our players. Since our founding in 2019, we've grown from a small startup with a vision to become the Philippines' most trusted PAGCOR-licensed online casino, serving over 50,000 active players from Metro Manila to Mindanao.
Our Story
jill77 was born from a simple observation: Filipino players deserved better. In 2019, the Philippine online gaming market was dominated by offshore operators who didn't understand the local market, offered poor customer service, and made players wait days for withdrawals. We saw Filipino gamblers losing money to unlicensed sites with rigged games, struggling with payment systems that didn't support GCash or PayMaya, and getting ghosted by support teams that couldn't speak English or Tagalog properly.
Our founding team - a group of Filipino entrepreneurs with backgrounds in gaming technology, finance, and customer service - decided to create something different. We would build an online casino specifically for the Philippine market, fully licensed by PAGCOR, with payment systems designed around how Filipinos actually transact online, customer support staffed entirely by Filipinos from our Manila and Cebu offices, and a game library curated based on what Filipino players actually enjoy playing.
The first year was challenging. We invested heavily in obtaining proper PAGCOR licensing and regulatory compliance, building relationships with top gaming providers, and creating payment infrastructure that worked seamlessly with GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks. We launched with just 150 games and a small player base, but word spread quickly about our instant payouts and genuine Filipino customer service.
By 2021, jill77 had grown to 10,000 active players and expanded our game library to 300+ titles. We introduced live dealer tables with Filipino dealers broadcasting from our Manila studio, added sports betting with focus on PBA, NBA, and UFC - the sports Filipinos love most - and launched our VIP rewards program that gives back up to 1.2% cashback weekly. In 2023, we crossed 50,000 active members and processed over ₱2 billion in player withdrawals, cementing our position as one of the fastest-growing online casinos in the Philippines.
